RaxWorks Limited – Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions protect both you (“the customer”) and RaxWorks Limited By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. About These Terms

When you place an order with RaxWorks Limited, you are making a binding offer to purchase our products. Completing checkout confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Our product range includes (but is not limited to) shelving, storage solutions, wastewater systems, pumping systems, industrial equipment, and waste management products. All goods are suitable for domestic and commercial use and are supplied directly to the public.


2. Delivery & Dispatch

2.1 Delivery Provider

Orders are delivered by professional external courier companies.
You must provide accurate personal details (name, delivery address, and contact number). Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delayed delivery or additional redelivery charges.

2.2 Free UK Delivery – 2–5 Working Days

All orders include FREE UK delivery on a 2–5 working day service to all UK postcodes.

2.3 Dispatch Notifications

You will receive an email or text confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive this, please contact our support team.

2.4 Signature Requirement

Most deliveries require a signature. If you are not available, a delivery attempt note will be left.
If multiple delivery attempts fail, the goods may be returned to us, and redelivery fees may apply.

Items cannot be left unattended or without a signature.

2.5 Pallet Deliveries

Large or heavy items may be delivered via pallet service.
Pallet delivery is curbside only, and customers must ensure adequate access.

Customers must inspect palletised goods upon arrival. If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and inform us immediately.


3. Delivery Timeframes & Late Delivery Policy

  • Standard delivery timeframe: 2–5 working days

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed due to courier limitations

  • If your order arrives after 5 working days and you decide to return it because of the delay, we will cover the return postage

If the order arrives within 5 working days, normal return rules apply and customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return any product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, provided the return meets our conditions.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is:

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Incorrect

  • Delivered after 5 working days and returned due to the delay


5. Checking Goods for Damage

5.1 Small Parcel Deliveries

You must inspect small items within 7 days of delivery.
If damage is visible on arrival, refuse delivery.

5.2 Palletised Deliveries

Inspect pallet packaging on arrival before signing.
Couriers will allow time for visual inspection but are not required to wait for full unpacking.

If damaged, decline delivery and contact us.

5.3 Acceptance by a Third Party

If a neighbour or colleague signs for your delivery, they must follow the same inspection procedure. Acceptance of damaged goods will be treated as acceptance by you.


6. Conditions for Returns

All returned items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable, clean condition

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • Complete with all fixings, accessories, and documentation

  • Sent only after receiving return authorisation from us

We do not charge restocking fees.


7. Return Postage Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The incorrect item was delivered

  • Delivery exceeded 5 working days and you wish to return the item due to the delay

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange free collection.


8. How to Arrange a Return

  • Your order number

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for return

This ensures we can confirm eligibility for free return postage where applicable and issue return authorisation.

Items returned without prior authorisation may be delayed in processing.


9. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, notify us within 7 days.
We will arrange free return postage and dispatch the correct item promptly.


10. Faulty Goods & Damage on Arrival

Faults or damage should be reported within 7 days of delivery, where reasonably possible.

We may request photographic evidence to speed up assessment.

If a fault is confirmed, we will provide:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A repair (where applicable)

If a replacement is required urgently, a temporary deposit may be required. This is refunded once the faulty item is returned and inspected.


11. 5-Year Product Warranty

All products purchased from RaxWorks Limited include a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing faults and defective parts.

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty begins on the date of purchase

  • During the warranty period, faulty items are replaced, not refunded

  • Refunds only apply within the first 30 days, subject to return conditions

  • In some cases, the faulty item must be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued

  • Returned items must be securely packaged and clean

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Accidental damage

  • Modification of the product

  • Normal wear and tear

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.


12. Customer Responsibilities

By ordering from RaxWorks Limited you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information

  • Inspect items promptly on arrival

  • Install products correctly

  • Follow our return procedures


13. Prices, VAT & Payment

RaxWorks Limited does not charge VAT.

Prices shown are final with no hidden fees.
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

All transactions are processed using SSL encryption.


14. Important Installation Notice

Do not book tradespeople or installation services until:

  • Your items have arrived

  • You have fully inspected them

  • You have confirmed there is no damage or missing parts

RaxWorks Limited is not liable for indirect costs such as contractor fees, missed appointments, or business interruption.
