All products purchased from RaxWorks Limited include a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing faults and defective parts.
Warranty Conditions

Warranty begins on the date of purchase

During the warranty period, faulty items are replaced, not refunded

Refunds only apply within the first 30 days, subject to return conditions

In some cases, the faulty item must be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued

Returned items must be securely packaged and clean
